Multi-TerRAIN.

Three hours and ten minutes I ended up running today in non stop rain, the going was a bit harder than expected especially with all the mud. The worst part being when one foot goes slipping out from beneath you and with a sharp back wrenching movement you manage to stay upright and think waohh! that was bloody close. After three or four of these movements in quick succession you start to think maybe I shouldn't of put these old road racing slicks on.
I watched the Great North Run which was quite good followed by the final day of bike racing in the Tour of Britain so I'm just about full for today's intake of sport.
Tomorrow is a first on my new master plan with a 7 mile run to work followed with a 7 mile cycle home and finally to finish the day off a hour at the gym for some cross training. The thought of the London Marathon is still driving me along nicely and it's not even time to start training properly for it yet.
