  1. Weight sub 11 stone. ./
  2. 10k sub 35 minutes ./
  3. 5k sub 17 minutes 
  4. 10 miles sub 58 minutes
  5. Compete at the National Masters Track Championsips 
  6. Do a indoor track race - 3000 mtr
  7. Medal at the National Masters 5k Track Championships x
  8. 10k Sub 34 minutes
  9. 5k sub 16 minutes 30 seconds 
 Some of my goals my be out of reach but that just makes the feeling even better if I succeed.
