Sweatshop.

It's been one of those weeks when you look forward to each training session even the Saturday uphill training hour on the treadmill was good. Afterwards I thought I would experiment by having a sauna for some pleasant relaxation and to see if it helps with the recovery process. At 110 deg C. it was harder work in the sauna than on the bloody treadmill, I had to chuck some of my drink on the seat before I could even sit down then with 15 minutes completed (endured ) I had to come out for oxygen never mind a cold shower. I finished with another 10 minutes and I'm still sweating now one hour later.
Tomorrow I'm planning a three hour multi-terrain run with the session more about time on legs than any serious effort I'm raring to go already. The sky+ just needs setting for the Great North run tomorrow morning, I like to keep an eye on my rivals especially that Haile Gebrselassie chap I'm not sure but I've been tipped off that he's thinking about doing the Blacksheep Championship next year.
