
I missed out on the Interval session Saturday but it paid off as i'm as close to being 100% Healthy as i could ask for. So it's time to get back to the hard sessions, starting with a good fast 9 mile tempo run tomorrow. I need to focus on loosing the last half stone in weight and getting back to doing some good old stretching routines. I say whilst i'm sat here eating a Choc ice.
I did manage a 2 and 1/2 hour run today but to be honest i wasn't putting a great deal of effort in. I must get back to training by myself and running at the correct training speed, rather than plodding round enjoying myself on them social runs.
The dog is going to get a rude awaking when i take it for a blast tomorrow night. I didn't get to much paint on it whilst decorating, the escape artist failed this weekend, i just couldn't put the decorating off any longer but on the good side it did make for a good excuse for not training Saturday.
After my BlackSheep Brewery Sunday lunch and beer i had better change the 1/2 stone to loose to a stone to loose.
The Spartan is ready to fight again.
