All set and cleared to go. England Athletics have cleared me to run in team competitions for Thirsk and Sowerby Harriers and have reactivated my registration number. I had entered my first race back as a stray dog otherwise known as unaffiliated seeing as I was having a bit of trouble with England Athletics. Thankfully the race I had entered on line as a stray the Hartlepool Marina 5 mile race have responded immediately and will change my details.
Exercise - At first it seems hard but in no time it becomes enjoyable until one day you realise you are addicted. " I am a RUNNER and I am ADDICTED "
