A site you can trust.

Well the old legs are just about ok now and i'll be on the start line for the Kirkby Malzeard 10k , so it's back to business in the Blacksheep series championship. I'm sure them N.Y.Moors running lot are trying to wind me up, if they're not leaving comments on my site then they are puttting photos on their site and saying i'm the one behind Nathaniel Williams.. Ehhh! I don't think so. The real picture story is - The eventual winner had opened up a considerable gap and Gary Dunn was having non of this so he had left the runners in the photo to bridge the gap to the leader, otherwise the leader would of gone on a long lone run and would of won the race by a very large margin. The old spartan never had any other ideas but than to win the race, he may of lost this fight but he will be back.

I'm looking forward to watching some good racing tomorrow night at the Harrogate League event which i will be a marshall. I like to do my bit now and again, if i'm not running it's the least i can do to repay all them people that have marshaled the races i have been in.
I've cut the dogs hair or should i say skinned it. There's a few bald patches here and there but it's alot happier running now it's getting warm again. Only problem is when it wags it tail it's like a bloody whip, especially if it whips you across the back of the legs.
