Last Sunday.

With the amount of races I have been doing lately I haven't had time to do any serious hard training but this week I was back on the treadmill and getting in some speed training and then today I was back in the gym getting back in the routine of weight lifting. It's been around 3 months now since I have done any serious weight lifting so today was a gentle reminder of things to come and I have no doubt I will be stiff as hell tomorrow never the less.
The racing season for me finishes this Sunday so for the next six weeks I will not be doing any races as my batteries are ready for a recharge, I plan to take it steady for a few weeks before my holiday then after my holiday start doing a few hard training sessions each week to get ready for the final race in the Blacksheep Race Series which is the Wetherby 10k.
