Today I stuck to my training plan and took on my hilly 18 route on the North Yorkshire Moors, I did this route about five or six weeks ago and today with a slight increase of effort I managed to knock a good ten minutes off and seemed like a piece of cake but the most pleasing part was completing the full distance with full power left in the legs which was not the case last time. So overall you could say I'm quite pleased with how my training is progressing.
I will try and spend some time over the next few days finding some way of gaining more from my training or even a way of keeping the training as enjoyable as possible which in the long run makes life a lot easier.
