HAPPY NEW YEAR

   I could do with a damage meter on this injured ankle of mine so I know how far I can push it in training, I know I should probably be resting it some more but being a running addict I feel all my hard training that I have done in the past months is wasting away. My thinking is that some exercise will help strengthen the injured area but it's really hard not to crank the speed up and take the pain as it comes, at the moment I'm managing to resist the temptation to give it rock all but how long that will last is anyone's guess.
   With the odd bit of spare time on my hands I have even given my blog a bit of a face lift, the blog description  took me 45 minutes so I had better not write any books.
