After some thought of what training I could do tonight and seeing as running is out of the question I came up with resting, which just leaves one more day of training to get in before Christmas and then I can enjoy a couple more rest days as I wait for my ankle to get better. Tomorrow I have planned a cycle session with some weight training which will be more of a relaxed enjoyable session seeing as it's almost Christmas. I bought a neoprene ankle support to try and assist in helping the ankle to heal but I can't say I've noticed anything different over the last few days but I suppose I will stick with it for the time being. It must be the longest I have been injured in the last 25 years so I should think myself lucky really, not that I feel lucky in anyway at the moment.
