Spring Again.

  Running wise this week just keeps getting better and better. It started with the steady runs at the beginning of the week in that they felt much easier than what they have done recently, the speed session with Phil Utley mid week went well and I have also managed to loose a couple of pounds but the best and most important part was the 7 mile run this evening. It wasn't the speed, it wasn't that I had no ankle pain, what made a difference was that it felt like someone had tightened the springs up in my ankles. The last time I managed to bounce along like that was way back in December last year before I did my ankle in, so I'm really looking forward to tomorrow's hill training session to have another go with my new transmission.
