I reckon I could of squeezed quite a few more seconds off that if I could of paced it better but I will soon rectify that problem over the next month as I get back into running mode. I now have ten days to get some good training in so that I can try and crack the 17 minute 30 barrier for my next time trial test.
I'm still battling away with my weight, I have got my weight down to within one and half stone compared to when I was at my best. I have no plans to get as light as I used to be and will be happy just to get rid of another 9lb but that's easier said than done.
That's it running wise for me now until the weekend as I have a weight training session booked in for tomorrow followed by my weekly rest day on Friday, so roll on Saturday as I'm looking forward to running once again.
