Yesterday I had a good hill training session lasting forty minutes so I was wondering what state I would be in this morning for my next training run. I started off nice and easy for five minutes and then gradually increased the pace luckily every seemed to be in good working order so I chucked in a couple of five minute intervals at 5 minute 40 sec pace or in other words 17kmh.
My plan for the next 5km time trial test run is to try and keep to 17kmh pace for as much as possible and then with a good sprint finish I should be looking to get as close to 17 minutes and 30 seconds as I can.
I only managed to shed half a bleedin pound this week which on a positive note is a move in the right direction it's funny how losing the weight is tougher than the training.
