I have almost got rid of my cold so I can get started on my 2013 campaign. My Yorkshire Dales Race Series entry form is filled in and ready to be posted, I know if I commit myself in to doing something then it will give me a good reason to train. The stone in weight I managed to loose between September and December was severely damaged as I managed to put half a stone back on again over the Christmas period so that's another part of my campaign that needs sorting before the first race of the Yorkshire Dales Race Series at the end of April.
I have pencilled in a Park Run to do in a couple of weeks time, a week to get shot of this cold and a week of training just to get my lungs used to working again. This time it's just about setting a 5k time to improve upon and with the minimal amount of training I have done recently improving from my first 5k time should be easier enough.
So 2013 here I come, slowly but surely.
