Most of my runs this year have been in the range of five miles to eight miles with the odd ten miler thrown in once in a blue moon. Seeing as the weather was a touch cooler this morning I opted to stick with my previous days plan of doing a hilly fifteen miler, it's not often that I stick with any of my running plans these days especially if the plan includes anything to do with hard work. I'm hoping to do a 10k race come September or may be October so at least I now have a reason to get out there and get some training done. The training run this morning went really well so well that I'm already looking forward to another hilly fifteen miler on a different route next week.
