Week One

 I managed to clock up 34 miles in total for my first week back, including a test run, a loss of 1lb in weight and smashed legs.  For my second week I will stick with the mileage and see I'm adapting to running again, unfortunately my first day of week two which was a 14 mile round trip to and from work has resulted in the same ending as last week with my legs smashed to pieces.
  Targets for week 2 - take 16 secs off my 5k test run and secondly shed at least another pound.
