Leg Masher

After the 22 miler on Sunday i did a 5 mile time trial the following day just to make sure the old legs were suffering properly. Then today Tuesday i fitted in a 10 mile time trial and that well and truly made the legs know that it's time for some serious training again. My theory being i'm getting used to running with mashed legs, and trying to keep a good pace still, as in a marathon those last few miles need to be run with mashed legs no matter how fit you are. I'll be aiming for a steady 10 miles tomorrow and then 22 miles the day after, with another few 10 milers or there abouts i should manage to get 90 miles in this week, now thats more like it. Gone are the 30 mile weeks for a while i hope.
So if you see me hobbling around and looking like i need a mobility car don't worry i'm not injured i have just been over doing it a bit with the training.
