Full steam ahead.

Wednesday night I went to the club with the notion of it being a easy-ish session as I was in recovery from the Thirsk 10 miler, but I felt fine so I completed the session as normal. To try and get a bit more training in today I managed to run seven miles, do thirty five minutes of weight training, twenty minutes of interval training on the stepping machine and finally twenty minutes of sprint training on the treadmill. I know I won't be able to keep all this training going with such enthusiasm for long so I will enjoy suffering while I can.
I have booked and paid for an apartment already for next years Edinburgh Marathon. I took someones advice about trying an apartment and it has saved me a small fortune, plus I can have what I want and when I want for breakfast on the all important race day. Looking forward to it already and there is 170 days and 12 hours to go.

It sounds like the Thirsk 10 was the confidence booster you needed. Or if it's anything to do with that Orbana stuff can I put my order in?
