Back of the Bad Back.

I eventually took my first running steps yesterday after a week of no running. I took it very easy for the first couple of miles as the thought of aggravating the problem scared the hell out of me, i finished the rest of the five mile run at recovery jog speed and was pleased to make it home without making the back ache any worse. Today i managed another 10 miles of easy running and i my back is certainly on the way to full recovery, another three days hopefully. I need to get out there running just to clear mind, for along time now i feel that running helps me leave all my troubles behind as well as just bloody enjoying the whole running world.
The dog still seems to be sluggish even on the easy runs, so come this winter i might reduce it's training to recovery runs only, the dog prefers to go with the wife in the morning, as in going back to sleep after i've woken them up getting dressed.
With not running for a week it has made me quite keen and given me the chance to plan my new winter training schedule. Hopefully injury free i should be running 80 miles a week, biking 64 miles a week and visiting the gym for some weight sessions that is if i'm not racing. My target would be to up the running mileage by January.

I hope your back gets better. If not you could try out a posture right. It’s really good for helping you keep a good posture and relieve back ache. I got mine from lutaevono :)
