The treadmill session went well but the session wasn't that difficult seeing as it's my first week back training, but I did enjoy the session non the less. Keith Richardson ex NYM / Swaledale runner has mapped out another training run for me this Sunday so off I will go again with map in hand and hopefully the dog will be up for this fell run seeing as it will be quite an easy pace. The distance maybe a bit short but as it's the start of my Journey to PB smashing performance I am prepared to hold back slightly now as I build up week by week.
The Wetherby 10k will be strange for me this year as I will be in no state to get under 32 minutes but I will be trying as hard as possible so I can see what kind of state I am in. Sub 33:30 would be great.
