I'm on course for 110 miles this week and it all started Monday when I was supposed to go to the gym but instead for some strange reason the mind wanted to go running and not cross training. 23 miles Sunday, 15 miles Monday, 15 miles Tuesday and 17 miles today including 7 miles speed training. It's has been along time since I have been this keen.
The London Marathon lot cashed my cheque so I booked the hotel and all I need now is some cheap train tickets. Oh ! and some fancy new kit and trainers to make me go quicker but that will have to wait until the new year. I'm just hoping Adidas bring out the Adios race shoes in a great new go faster colour scheme.
First things first though I have a cross country race in ten days time and I need to give my new spikes a test run only problem is I don't have time in my training plan, put em on and go is looking like the likely outcome.

The new adidas adizero adios for 2011 will be green with black 3 stripe. Available from January.

Great colour scheme for Sale Harriers I was hoping for some yellow ones with blue stripes or my favourite white. Mean green fighting machines, I'm starting to like them already.
