Weight a minute.

I have decided that the weight training was a good idea last winter and seeing as I did less mileage than normal and weighed more I feel happy with my performances this season. The weight training also became an added training session to look forward to after all the running and hard speed sessions. So last night I restarted my weight training and after a six month absence the weights certainly seemed a whole lot heavier than usual but the session was well worth it in the end. Just in case I needed to test my passion for running the seven mile run to work this morning in freezing rain with just about every muscle in my upper body stiff as chuff would of been enough but I took it a step further with the run home from work in the rain and with my upper body in a worse state than this morning. It's either passion or a few screws loose. Last year I was doing two to three weight sessions a week but this time I'm sticking with one or two.
I have given up with the weight loss battle for the time being after a complete disaster and will have another go come the New Year. I'm convinced it must be an age thing as I just seem to be stuck at ten and half stone and the sub ten stone days are well gone now abit like my PB's.
