No running until running is pain free. So that's at least a couple of weeks and then another three or four weeks building up speed and then another month or two to get back upto speed. So that's the first half of the season gone before I have even got going, now where's that bike.

Bad luck!
I'm suffering from a stress fracture - after a decent winters training- and hoping that a turbo trainer will help maintain a little bit of fitness.
