Confirmed Move.

 I'm definitely on the move now as far as I'm concerned with my injured ankle, each day the ankle fells better than the last plus the stretching and exercises that I have been doing to rehabilitate the ankle are now in almost comparison with the uninjured ankle. Looking back to three weeks ago compared to now it's a good feeling to see how much I have improved.
 I'm raring to go and looking forward to tomorrows planned run of 5 miles I may even stretch it to 6 miles if the ankle is in next to no pain. Fresh air, peace and quiet and stress free, and  that's just a few of the things why I enjoyed running so much.
