Return Ticket Please

 My return to training will start this Sunday with a long run of 8 miles and then all being well I will be aiming to run the 7 miles to work a couple of times next week, I will continue with some of the cross training and a few treadmill runs until the ankle can cope with full power and until that happens I'm a bit restricted with what I can do  running wise. The plan at the moment is to run thirty miles next week and seeing as all great training plans are written in pencil I can soon change that one way or another when I see how the week is going.
