Two good.

Just before I set off on my early morning trail run I hoped that my lower limbs wouldn't ache too much after yesterdays hard training session which was the case last week. Fortunately this time around my legs and ankles felt quite springy as I set off and thoughts of lets hope this is a sign of things getting back to normal rushed through my mind. The plan was to aim for one and half to two hours of trail running around the Sutton Bank area which over the years has served me well in keeping me mentally sound, the quietness, the lake, the woods, the White Horse, and a fantastic view back towards home  make up the ingredients for a good run. I'm trying to get used to the long runs again so my main focus is on enjoyment and not on how fast I'm going which appears to be working as I managed two hour and fifteen minutes this Sunday with no problems other than the expected feeling  of fatigue by the finish.
Triple 7 tomorrow. 7 mile run, 7 mile bike and finally 7 lots of different weight lifting exercises. Wednesday is looking good for some more cross country interval training but it's looking like it could be the last one of the year as daylight is getting very limited on an evening.
