Finding The Time.

  After last weekends cross country race I have been wondering how much I could improve time wise. I was convinced that I had a minute or a touch more that I could gain through training but that was about all I could come up with, that was until today. I did a hard training session over ten miles and found that I am lacking in the stamina department compared to where I was three months ago. I am faster over 5k but loosing it over distances over 10k and at a guess I would guess by a good forty seconds. So in total 1 minute 45 seconds and with that in mind  I'm feeling fresh and I have already made a start to up my training to try and prove this theory.
