No plan for plantar.

My week off work is absolutely flying by, I kick off the day with at least an eleven mile run followed by some small jobs around the house that have been requiring my attention and by the time I have taken my old running pal the dog for a walk and a stop off for a coffee the day has just about gone. I only have another twenty years and a bit before retirement but its looking like I will adjust straight into it no problem.
I have been suffering yet again with the heel come foot problem of plantar fasciitis even though its blinking painful at times I find its more of a nuisance and hasn't stopped me from training or racing. One thing for sure is that I need to get on top of it now as it doesn't appear to want to go of its own accord, so stretching, rolling and strengthening will commence and I will try some of them insoles as well this time I think to see if they help. My training shoes probably don't help matters as they are well and truly worn out after notching up just a few thousand miles, this time I have gone for a training shoe with a bit more cushion and support. The Adidas Boston's have served me well as an everyday training shoe and are equally as good for speed work, I will not hesitate to buy another pair that is for sure.  For the time being I will see how the Adidas Glides that I have ordered fair up.
