On yer bike.

The ankle problem isn't looking good, their hasn't been any improvements over the last few days and it still aches now and again for no good reason. So I have no option but to give up the running for the time being and I will have to make do with the cycle and stepping machines down at the gym. Bloody typical ! Seeing as I was getting into some PB breaking form as well.
Come the New Year I will start on one of my plans of getting into top form for the marathon which is getting down to race weight seeing as I have let myself go a bit in that department over the last couple of months. If the ankle is pain free to run on then I will still go to Sheffield for the indoor 3000mtr Northern Championships seeing as I enjoyed it so much last year, instead of trying to run sub 9 minutes I will use the race to see what my fitness level is at.
Only another two and half days to do at work now and then it's Christmas time, the work isn't so bad it's the bloody cold that makes life a bit uncomfortable to say the least. I'm looking forward to finishing work Friday lunch as Cleveland Steel kindly takes us to the pub, beer, food and darts what more could anyone ask for. At least I shouldn't pick up any injuries playing darts.

I don't remember reading that you had had an x-ray on the ankle, Gary.
Did I miss that? If not might be worth it? Terry
