It's still no good ! The ankle that is. I have made my mind up not to do any running for a complete week, the odd run here and there just seems to aggravate the injury. So if all goes well and I can manage a pain free run next week then I'm sure I can still make it to London in top form, I might even be able to leave it another week after that if I'm lucky, but any longer and London will just have to be a good weekend away with a training run thrown in. I'm perfectly happy with any of the above to be honest.
I should of been at Sheffield this weekend for the Northern Indoor Track Championships which I'm gutted not to be doing as it made for a good day out last year. I can't see that event being canceled which is unfortunate because the races at the end of last year that had to be canceled means I might jut get to run them after all on their new dates.
I equalled a couple of my weight training PB's tonight and also equalled my best session on the cycle machine on Monday night so at least I'm managing to keep myself in some sort of shape. I'm venturing over to the Blacksheep brewery this weekend for some free food and drink, I say free but I had to work like hell to win them vouchers in last year in the Blacksheep race series. Talking of the Blacksheep race series which is now the http://www.yorkshiredalesraceseries.co.uk/ , it cheered me up when I read Tony Mawsons write up of me being injured after trying to get into celeberity skating on ice. That's two shows I've failed to get on now, the other being 'Gladiators'. 'Total wipe' could be third time lucky, I will start training as soon as possible. Oh! I will be entering the new Yorkshire Dales Race Series no matter what fitness level I'm at, seeing as I enjoy the series races that much.

Glad you are managing to be phylisophical about the ankle injury. Good luck with the Black Sheep, that stuff always seems to give me a headache.Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
Sorry to here that the ankle is still being a pain, in more ways than one. Hope that the week off works and look forwards to seeing you momentarily at the start of the Yorkshire Dales Series races, and again as you are heading for home when i'm still on the outward legs. Good luck, hope it all goes right in time for London.
Hope the ankle sorts itself out this week for you
