Weighting Game.

   I was looking for an easyish session today after yesterday hard cardiovascular effort so it was a case getting some more weight training done. I had just finished my weight lifting session when I decided that I would have a go on the treadmill to see if my ankle was upto running yet seeing as it had felt good today at work. By the time I had made it from one end of the gym to the other some cheeky git had jumped on the last remaining treadmill so I will just have to wait another 24 hours before I give the ankle a test run. It would be fantastic if I could get back running this Saturday. I would ease myself in with a hour of hard uphill interval training on the Saturday then do a good old 20 miler on the Sunday, if not then it will be back to some more cross training.
