PB Target.

   It's has been a very long time since I did nothing on a Sunday in terms of not training or racing but I opted for the good old Sunday lie in seeing as I'm waiting patiently for the ankle to get better. I have kept up with the routine of stretching and doing balancing exercises to try and rehabilitate the injured ankle and even though it doesn't seem any like their has not been any  improvement I can manage to stretch the ankle joint much further than what I could after seeing the sports therapist of which I am to revisit this Tuesday. At least with the ankle stretching I can tell straight away if I would be able to run or not with no pain unlike before when I had to do a short test run.
   To try and keep me in a competitive frame of mind I will try and beat my PB on the stepping machine tomorrow night which will take some doing after the performance I managed to do last week, but with a target to aim for it should make for a real good work out.
