Goodness Gracious Great Lungs Of Fire.

  I had almost forgot how hard interval training can be, Tuesday I opted for some speed training which had made my calf muscles twitching to say the least by the end and today I opted for some longer intervals of four and half minutes which ended with my lung feeling like they had split open. It's a good job the feel good factor afterwards out does the pain whilst training.
  I might have to miss out on some running for the next three days but I will try and squeeze a run in one morning this weekend even if it's only for thirty minutes.
  The weight loss program is ticking over quite nicely for a change with a loss of 1/2lb to 1lb a week, and since August I have now managed to shed a stone which also helps with the morale.
