  Ka Boom.  5.25km test smashed at 20.1kmh.  15mins 42 secs.
20.2 kmh next week ? Not a chance, I was on the verge of cracking and giving up this week after thirteen minutes and God knows how I managed to keep on going.  So that's another five seconds off my 5k time which would have given me Gold at this years National Masters 5k Championships only one thing to do now and that is proove it come next year.
