Plan B

  I have opted for Plan B which is the plan of not doing the Dewsbury 10k tomorrow and doing a long run instead. Going back through my data of the winter of 2006/2007 I clocked many long runs of 2 1/2 to 3 hours and all of them were done at a nice steady pace, and that lead to my best season to date of 2007. My point being is that in an attempt to get back to full fitness as quick as possible I find that I tend to make the long run on a Sunday too fast when there is no need.
